UserAction: recsum.htm

Hello,

Can someone tell me what this error message indicates:

com.lawson.bpm.coreutils.PFIException: UserAction recsum.htm: Display document {1} not found

And how can I go about fixing it?

Sounds like you are missing the Display URL under the Display / Desktop tab of the User Action node

What should the URL be? The same as our LSF portal URL?

All depends on your setup and version. We are version 10. In that version, the recsum.htm was moved to the Websphere, sub-directory bpm on your server. There should be a KB on the proper syntax per your system.

My guess is that you don't have the recsum.htm display file added into the bpm.ear file that is deployed on LSF WebSphere. Did you follow the steps in KB 1586256 to add the recsum.htm file into IBM Websphere?

Oh...so the URL is pretty much the directory location of the recsum.htm file?

Could I use some of the other options instead, such as HTML/HTML Content?
