Advantages between HRTM User Action vs User Action

There are 2 nodes under User Interaction: HRTM User Action & User Action. 

 

When would you use one over the other?  It appears that HRTM User action would be used when you are sending to an individual versus a group....is this correct?

HRTM nodes work well when routing to a supervisor. Since supervisors change, you can use the supervisor code pulled from a landmark or SQL query on the node, and it will route to the current holder of that supervisor role. The regular UA node is more static, and based on user tasks, or directly to a user based on their actor id.
