Term Pending to final term status flow

We are moving to the cloud on V10 and implementing process automation. We would like to have a process flow that will run after payroll to convert all TP status employees to a final term status based on reason code. Does anyone have a flow already built similar to this that they would be willing to share?

We are not cloud based. However, we run a daily flow which simply checks for all terminated employees. When found it looks for security with the same employee number (all IDs have the employee populated). If the GROUP field doesn't have a TERM value, then the flow will remove all ROLES, GROUPS and enter a TERM group.

It sounds like this will "turn off" their security. Do you leave them as term pending status? If not, do you have a flow that converts them or do you have the users enter two actions; one for TP and another with final term status?

You are correct. Business procedures handle terminate pending, not security. Once a terminate status is entered by HR, employee access is turned off.

I have a flow that moves employees from a term pending status to a term final status after 21 days which removes their security access on S3 and disables their access on Landmark. If this sounds like what you are looking for, send me an email at jreese@communitymedical.org.
