There have been some reports of difficulties either downloading Friday's FACTS v9.2 Partner Pre-Release recorded session, or viewing it after downloading.
I just, moments ago, downloaded a copy of the recorded session from the Friday Wiki posting and then viewed the downloaded session; start to finish.
I did not experience ANY problems downloading the recorded session or with the playback.
I can't explain why some of you seem to be having difficulties. Keep in mind that the recorded session is in .ARF format - the WebEx propriatary video format. This requires that you have the most current, up-to-date, version of the WebEx player to view it. The most recent version of the WebEx player is v31.14.3.30
I have attached the following to this discussion;
1. A fresh copy of the recorded session in WebEx format (.ARF)
2. A converted version of the recorded session in standard MP4 format (.MP4)
Also - if you are STILL having problems the following are download links for the recorded session (.ARF and .MP4 formats) from my personal DropBox. I will leave these files available in my DropBox for a couple of days on the off chance that downloading from THIS source resolves the problem(s) when downloadeded from the Wiki.
