SSO (Single Sign-On) from Windows for LN

We got installed the LN, XI and other servers and logon through an ADFS Server, but users require after Windows login again to enter credentials for starting LN or XI. When we had only one LN environment it worked fine, but after installing XI and the second environment login information is always requested. Our Infor technicians so far did not find a solution to configure real SSO with Windows logon. Any idea what could be the issue?

we are in the same situation. We currently are able to automatic logon inside xi ( and ) ln, but only with internet explorer 11 ( not chrome or edge ) . You have to set - internet option - advanced - use integrated authentication -- this option must not be checked

If you are using Internet Explorer you should check/alter your browser settings:

Tools -> Internet Options…

1. Internet Options window -> Security tab.

Click on the Intranet zone icon and then click the Sites button.

- Ensure your HTTPS-Sites for ADFS/LN/XI is added to the Web sites list.

2. Internet Options -> Security tab click the Custom Level button.

In the Settings list ensure that

- User Authentication -> Logon is set to "Enable logon in intranet zone only".

3. Internet Options -> Advanced tab.

In the Settings list ensure that Security -> Enable Integrated Windows Authentication is set.

4. Exit Internet Options window, close all instances of IE and start IE new

Thanks for you Reply. We just tested to DISABLE 'Enable Integrated Windows Authentication' and now the LN logon with standalone works without second logon. XI requires still a logon.

This is crazy: We are using automatic authentication for other applications and cannot disable this option.
