Disable User Accounts in S3 (loadusers or IPA)

Is it possible to user the "laodusers" utility to disable users. I have used it to delete usedrsw - but would pre to disable.

Also, does another have a flow out ther, that would accoumplish the same thing.

Running an IPA to disable users. The disabled users would be from a CVS file we have generated.

We have a flow that uses the update action on the Lawson Resource Update query. We set the attribute IsDisabled to Yes. We also have landmark so we do the same there as well with the Landmark transaction node (action is DisableActor).

Yes, this can easily be done by parsing the csv file. You can use resource update node for LSF side and LMK Transaction node for Landmark side. LSF "IsDisabled" value should be uppercase "YES or NO". Landmark "IsActorDisabled" value should be tile case "Yes or No".

So to have an IPA flow enable/disable users you need to do both LSF and LMK side. Not somehow just in ISS like you would do manually?

You can do it via ISS using webrun nodes but that is a little more complex than using both the landmark transaction and resource update nodes.
