Is anyone having issues or had issues with MSCM after the upgrade to WIN12? We have had problems with 0 byte files and receivers stuck in 'Pending Upload' since right after the server upgrade.

Incident was locked for 71 minute(s). Thanks for the time today - as we discussed, there was issue with 0 byte file that was created in Arrival directory that caused problem with the Outbound scheduler. We have been working on issue very similar to this one (if not the same issue) and will keep this ticket opened until we have a resolution for the 0 byte file. What we did to get things going today was stopped MSCM and renamed the 3 0 byte files (they were for receipt numbers: 323469 (11/02) 323251 (11/01) and 322736 (10/30) - this ones did not print and will not show in MSCM at this point as the file was not shared (due to 0 byte). As mentioned, this may be something that happens again before we have a solution, if it does, just update this incident and we will get it working again. Thanks again for your time today.
