Web Journal Entry Baan IVc4

I was wondering if there is a way we can do journal entry into Baan IVc4 using web or external interfaces. This is required for miscellaneous expenses (without POs, SOs ...) but still would still like to get the entries into Baan. Is there a product that Infor has.
