Does anyone have a code work around for Financial statements for periods more than prior 28?

Infor allows unlimited periods in GL but never fix financial reports to allow for more than 28 periods, does anyone have a work around that they can share?

Donna, which format are you looking for. As I recall, each format is slightly different and we've done a few of them.

For example:

First you have to make the UI allow more than x periods:

GLR810:

Old:

22620 pd_count++; if pd_count>28 then break

New:

22620 pd_count++ ! (MOD) DPI if pd_count>28 then break

Then each individual GL format needs to be modified like this:

GLR838:

Old:

0144 if p1=0 or p3>28 then x$="YTD"; gosub INSUFFICIENT_DATA; p3= 0,x3=0

New:

0144 ! if p1=0 or p3>28 then x$="YTD"; gosub INSUFFICIENT_DATA; p3=0,x3=0
