Logging Enhancement Requests on Infor365

When logging an enhancement request on Infor365 please ensure the Status is set to New, the Type is Enhancement Request and the Responsibility is displayed as Pegasus UK with both the Incident Owner and Activity Owner set to Unassigned.
If the above criteria is not adhered to a Pegasus Analyst will not be able to pick up the incident.

Partners who have Enhancement Requests sitting in their name in their Infor view screen should correct the Responsibility to enable us to review your request.
