Cancel PO's using Add-Ins
Legacy Contributor
Has anyone used Add-Ins to cancel old open PO's? Would you be willing to share your template?

You cannot upload the Cancel Action to my knowledge. What we've done is upload a cancel FC (L) to the open lines and then run the PO190 to close the headers afterwards.
Upload fields are:
PCR-Company
PCY-Procurement Group (H) - this is a hidden field, you need it otherwise it says "Change Complete - Continue" but doesn't actually change anything
PCR-PO-Number
PCR-PO-Code
(You'll need to add Revisions if you use them)
PT-PLI-Line-Nbr - IMPORTANT! This is the Position To Line number - NOT Line number
Line-FC1: L - Note - this is field number 197 on my current version of Lawson - you need to scroll for it.
Upload as Change Only.
When the lines are canceled, they'll change to closed. Then the PO190 should see that the header needs to close as well.
It's not ideal as the Closed status will reopen if someone adds a new line - something the Cancel feature does not allow - but if you are looking for a mass upload, that's the only way I've found.
