Block card entry if no Part ID

In Visual Manufacturing I have several users that have been entering cards without Part ID numbers, and Visual uses whatever is typed into the Specifications window as a description. This makes the part untraceable in the system. Is there a way to turn this off forcing the user to have a Part ID number?

You could create a workflow that would require a part ID to be entered. That's the only way I know of that would force the work order or master to have a part ID.
