Not sure if this is possible currently, but I'd like to be able to have a submission form on our intranet for new items, that then kicks off an approval process within Infor.  Is there anyone doing something similar with a flow today?

In the case of new hires, we do the reverse. We have a flow, begun with a Personnel Action, which kicks off an intranet form for service requests. You might try having your file create a file on a network drive with appropriate information within. Have your flow check for the file with 'file exists', then read, parse and take action.
