PDM Citrix Environment

We have a client who wants to purchase Pegasus Document Manager but they run Opera on a Citrix server.

Has anyone encountered any problems with PDM in this environment as Pegasus have stated the following:
"PDM is not officially tested/supported in a Citirx environment. It may be possible to get it working but when you want to add remote scanners or encounter issues you would not get in a supported environment, then we wouldn't be able to help.

Have you tested PDM in a Citrix environment house? If you have some steps on how you got it working we could have this on answerlink as we haven't got any feedback from partners on how they got it working on Citrix."
