MSCM Mobile printers Delivery Tickets
We are looking to decrease our touches to our product in the delivery process. If we could have a hip printer or some sort of mobile printer we would be able to process a box at a time and move from the pallet directly to the delivery cart without all the extra sorting and processing that is required to batch sort.
If you are using RAD are you still printing the delivery ticket and attaching to the product?
Does anyone use the Zebra P4T Mobile printer or any other type of mobile printer?
We are on lawson 10. Has anyone seen anything new in version 11?
Thank you for your feedback

MSCM seems fairly unchanged in what I've seen in v11. emkat has a Lawson user up on the hip printer - they presented at Inforum a couple years ago. I've got one, but the project has been a non-priority as we've been data cleansing and upgrading the HR side of things.0

Our supported printers are the same across versions 10 and 11 and the P4T is currently the only mobile printer officially supported by Infor. I would suggest reaching out to our handheld vendor, Emkat for more information on user deployments of the P4T device. You can get in touch with Emkat via Chris Kane (ckane@emkat.com) and he will be able to assist you.0

We recently implemented RAD and we explored a portable Zebra Label printer. We were disappointed in the standard label because it lacked information we felt was necessary. We explored a custom label with emKat but what we wanted wasn't possible. We didn't end up keeping the printers. We would love to see this improved.
We are having issues with a delay in the time it takes to print the delivery document after receiving a PO in the handheld. I'm curious if you have experienced this? If not, do you mind telling me what versions you are on? Thank you so much.0
