We had an issue yesterday where our PO23 screen would not allow anyone to inquire. The screen would go unresponsive when we selected the inquire button. We opened a support case and reviewed logs but were unable to determine the issue as it was just isolated to that 1 screen. We rebooted the server to resolve the issue. Once the server reboot was complete, I was able to inquire on PO23 screen and the first line item had a bunch of spaces in front of it. Could this have been the cause? I was thinking it could possibly be a special character issue but have no evidence to back that up other than the spaces. Has anyone else had this occur to them? If so, how did you resolve it outside of a system reboot?
