Hi, we are currently implementing a few different process flows that will use user actions (both user action and HRTM user action). We have a few running in production, but these new ones will require a little more "functionality" than we have included previously. The users need to be able to basically enter data in a field and have that pass back to the process flow. Is there a good way or is it even possible to capture this? Since this is new to us, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My example would be the comp admin receives the first user action and needs to indicate the review period time length, 3 or 6 months and this data needs to be passed back along with additional details to the process flow so it can be shared with the next area that receives the task. At the point this is happening, nothing is stored within the Lawson application (no actions, form entries, etc., we are simply routing for approval and collecting data on these particular process flows).
We are on version IPA 10.1.1.56.
