I created a flow that updates a user field via SQLTxn on HREMPUSF and in test it worked flawlessly. I perform the same action in PROD and receive the following error (I realize it says unique constraint, but it is inserting anyway and when I run the insert statement in SQL Developer there is no error):

If anyone has any other ideas on how to populate HR11 user fields from IPA I'd be glad to hear them. I tried using HR15 via LWSNTXN but couldn't get that to work.
