Getting Required Comments to Store on Work Unit

I am attempting to require comments when user take specific actions. I have setup the UserAction to require comments and the form is displaying to enter the comments, but after the user enters and saves the comments nothing is stored on the work unit. I am expecting to find the comments either under the PfiMetrics or PfiMessage but they are not in either place.

After our user action node with comments I chose to assign a new variable that was set to [userActionName]_messages and then just displayed the variable where I needed it. This worked best for us since we had so many different user actions with comments.

One way to find where the comments are stored would be to do a SQL count on all the tables prior to your comment update then run the count again after the update. You should be able to tell which table is getting updated with your comments.

We have optional comments (from Inbasket) for RQC approvals and have confirmed they are stored in PFiMessage, as we display them in an emails back to the original user. They should be the same for the HR approvals.
