Crystal Report Help-open capital PO lines

I am trying a report to show open PO lines relating to capital. The report is not pulling all the open POs it should. In PO54 I have 6 open ICAPs line NO REC but only one on my report. I don't know sequel-I use the wizard but maybe someone can review and tell me what I am missing or doing wrong?
