Lawson Environment Information

Hello,

I am working through the creation of an end to end user creation process flow. We are in a federated environment and I am creating the user in both Landmark and S3 on the LSF side.

One area that I am struggling with is setting the "Lawson Environment Information" settings. Specifically the "Data Area/ID" I can not find a field using the Lawson Resource Update node that appears to correlate to this section.

Would anyone have any thoughts or direction I could be pointed down?

After creating the LSF user record through IPA, by using SQL Update node insert a record to table R_USER, USERINFO, USERGRPDTL under GEN Library. This will create the necessary Lawson Environment Information.

How do you create the NTID?

Do you mean NTID is network id. If so this has to be created manually. I think this can be created before creating Lawson user record or after creating it. The NTID id and Lawson user id should be same. In our case we have a automated user provisioning system who requests for creating new Lawson user id, so the system first creates NTID and then it requests for creating new Lawson user id.

We are on Window's 2012 version 10.0.9. Our NTID is something like NT000002 which translates to the lawson user id. I believe there is a way to create one using javascript, but I thought you might have a script already written. Thank you.
