We use the Labor Ticket Detail Report to process payroll (and avoid having a duplicate scan/swipe system in addition to Visual for payroll). I noticed last week that both the labor ticket view and the labor ticket detail report round hours for .XX. The report then summarizes the ROUNDED hours to give total hours, which can either over or underpay your employees based on rounding (and it's more of a "pride" issue, as someone who works 40 hours may only get paid for 39.98 hours and feel like they missed time). I did find the report under GUPTA, but I cannot figure out how to add a decimal to the report.
Has anyone else encountered this? I'm also going to submit a ticket to Infor.
