Lawson Query Node for Req Approval

I am using the Lawson Query node to pull data from the REQHEADER table for our Req Approval flow. How can I pull all items on the requisition and include them in the email notification? I have tried adding from the REQ-LINES table, but it still only pulls the first item on the requisition.

I do a second query to get that information to include in the email body. Otherwise, you need to add the OTMMAX parameter to your query string and set the value high enough that it will cover your biggest requisition. By default it is 1 so that's why you're only getting the first line.

Query through the REQ-LINES table and write all the results to a Msg Builder node and attach the Msg Builder to the email.

As a rule, it is best to have separate query node per table / file. This allows for many branches to evolve based on ever changing business requirements.

I've added a new query with a Msg Builder node. When I test in the query, it pulls all records. However, the Msg Builder node is still passing just the first record.

Is your msg Builder inside the Loop for the Req Lines or after? To build a message for every record found, it needs to be inside the query loop

You need to loop thru the REQ-LINES to pull all of the lines and use a msgbuilder in the middle of the loop to accumulate them.
