Requisition Self Service v11 - Search Latency / Functional Issues

Are there any others users out there on v11 using Requisition Self Service?

We are currently on v11 (CSF CU86) and are experiencing a lot of issues with Search Functionality in Requisition Self Servicing. We are encountering issues where Searching for templates / shopping lists can sit for hours and never return results.

Anybody else having similar issues on v11 with RSS?

I *just* tested a patch today that lists this.

Searching for an item on a template is too slow.

What program (business class)/process(es) were impacted?

RQC Shopping

What should I test?

Search for an item on a very large template. Results should be returned faster compared to previous patches.

What are the dependencies?

CTP for your application release level for JT-855936 also needs to be applied in addition to this RQC patch.

Hi Andy - what Kat posted was a patch for v10 RQC, not for v11 RSS. So it won't be in any CU.

Do you have an incident open surrounding your poor performance?
