Does anyone use Crystal to pull receiving and delivery reports from MSCM? We are most interested in seeing the tracking numbers and delivery information data in the reports. Along with the packages that were delivered or not. If you don't use Crystal, which reporting mechanism do you use? We want something more than the viewing option in MSCM portal. Thanks in advance.
