To All:
FACTS v9.2.1 is now available on the Infor Download Center. Back in November of 2017 we set a targeted GA date of 5/18/18...AND THAT IS EXACTLY HOW IT HAPPENED!
However...we DID forget one thing: The FACTS Online Help System ISO. Oops!
This ISO should have also been available on the download center today but......our checklist(s) failed us and we forgot to get it posted.
NOT TO WORRY. The following is the information to retrieve the ISO from my INFOR FTP Site;
FTP Server: ftp.infor.com
Username: jrosengarden
Password: AYRAZDZK
NOTE: IE and Windows Explorer do not work well as an FTP client.
FILE TO DOWNLOAD: FACTS_Online_Help_System_9_2_0002.iso
We WILL have the HELP iso on the download center by end-of-day this coming Monday (5/21/18) but, for now, you can access the HELP iso from my FTP site if you are in need of it between now and then.
