On Error email notification - Infor Process Designer Product Version: 10.1.1.67.5369 2017-10-16 18:1

I want to send an email when there is an error due to a missing field in the FileAccess node and I selected the options Notify with continuing the process. The email is being sent but the subject and email body do not reflect my custom changes. Where do I change these variables?

Hi marija, you enter the subject and body right under where you check Notify. Are you running the flow locally or on the server? If on the server, did you upload the flow after you changed the subject and body? Don't mean to imply that you are **** - this happens to me all the time.

I am running it on the server since locally the email is not being sent at all. I have uploaded it and checked on the running version. The subject and the email body don't look anything what I entered.

Any other idea?

Is it that the Node is failing, or is the Flow itself failing? Flow Failure Emails are setup on the server, not in the Designer (Process Server Administration -> Configuration -> Process Definitions -> User Defined Processes -> YourFlowRecord

What exactly are you getting? Is it total garbage, or has the email not changed at all since you received it the first time? Can you send us screen shots of the On Error tab in your file node, and a screen shot of what you are receiving? You can attach them to your reply if you click on "Use rich formatting" below the reply box.
