MS Upload for PA 52.1 (Rate of Pay) Change

Does anyone have a working version of MS Upload Add-ins and Spreadsheet they could share for version 10?  I am receiving error messages such as: "New value must be spaces because line has no item (_f107r0)"  I think I have my fields mapped correctly, but I understand this is a difficult query to .

had a user with a similar error and instead of f107r0 they had used f107r11 if you resolve that the error should go away.
