We are reviewing the use of Reason Code on user actions and have discovered we do not have any. In the Rich Client, under that product line, I found no entries under Configuration/Reason Code/Action Reason. Further, while attempting to add a new one, the system required me to select from default Subject (Business Subject), which is also empty. I reviewed Infor's KB and did not find any reference to adding Reason Code or Business Subject except for TM, which we do not have. Can anyone provide some guidance? Much appreciated.
