EMAIL-Payslips configured Time Out

When emailing payslips for 2260 employees, the function works, but at the end of the process we get the following message returned.

If emailing say 565, no message is returned.

We discovered that the emails have actually been processed and sent, but running the status report within Opera, it states that these have failed.

I am trying to establish where the setting for the Time Out actually exists, is there a config file somewhere hidden within Opera or maybe somewhere else.

Perhaps SMTP server side timeout? might be worth checking exchange/office 365 SMTP settings?

Thanks for coming back, we have checked that and that is set to 50 min's. We had this pointing to a different server first and got the same error. So we set up SMTP to where Opera is actual installed, so we could try and isolate the problem. Could it be .net setting maybe?

No worries. Is 50 mins enough to send over 2200 emails with PDF attachments? Can that be increased for testing purposes?

That is a Windows Communication Foundation message, it looks like it is timing out while waiting for a message from the Pegasus Scheduler Service, which in turn could be busy sending all those emails. It doesn't look like there is a standard .NET config file at play so that timeout could well be baked in.
