Passing variables to all approval levels

I am trying to add Deliver To and Req Location Name to our approver emails. I am pulling them with a Lawson query and they are passing to the 1st level approver. However, I am getting "Error evaluating expression" when going to the 2nd level approver. I tried creating a new variable and storing it there, but I must have done something wrong. How can I pass this information to all approver levels?

If you create a variable in the start node, and route the results of your lawson query to those variables they will available at any time during the flow. The lawson query responses are in memory only, so when the flow stops processing at a user action node that query is lost.



You should have:

1. a string variable created in the start node for ReqLocName and DeliverTo

2. a lawson query which returns those two fields

3. an assign node to set RecLocName=LwsnQuery_variable1 and DeliverTo=LwsnQuery_variable2



This should all be before the flow can encounter a user action node. If you have this and it's not working you could open a ticket with support or show me the workunit log and .lpd file so I can see what is going wrong.
