Hello-
I am looking for cloud customers that use Axway software for EDI with Vizient. Infor EDI v10 will not allow SFTP of the files and Vizient will not allow FTP. Therefore, we have to install Axway software to SFTP the files to Vizient. At first I thought Axway would go to our cloud server and pick up the files. They are now telling me that it does not have the capability to pick up the files. I don't understand then how it will work and don't know what, if anything, I need from cloud ops. They say they will look into their other cloud hosted clients that use Axway, but I thought I'd ask here to see if I can get some responses.
