How to import Vendor contact information via Visual Vendor browser for SQL query in database?

We're currently in the data migration stage of ERP Visual. I was trying to import Vendor data via Visual Vendor browser, the import completed without any error but no contact information are imported, Contact tab shows nothing. Then tried to update Vendor table with contact information, but these contact info can be seen from Vendor browser, but still not show in Contact tab. There are lots of tables related to contacts like dbo.Contact, dbo.V_Contact, not sure which one should be used for sql importing. Are there any method to import contact info rather than man type?

table .V_Contact is for contacts of Visual CRM. its difference with vendor table.

In Vendors Browser window. you need pick field fist which you want to update.(go to Data--> Edit Columns, then enable field )

then go to Data -- > SQL(used query get all vendors fits with options). you will get a list of vendor in your vendors browser window.

next step

go to files --> send to excels. update all vendor information in that excel templates.

after updated excels.

go to files -- import from excels.

its all you need to do.

Hi Lu, thank you for the reply. This is what I did when importing vendor contacts, when go to files-->import from excels, it shows exactly what I want to import, but when the import process is completed, the contact tab still shows nothing and in Vendor browse, the data in contact columns are also empty. This is really confused me why my import for contacts will fail, other columns like address, Ship Via all imported with the same way successfully.
