PO30/MSCM Printing

Currently, when staff receives in PO30, they select Release and Print which then prints a Lawson document and also allows the Delivery Document to print from MSCM. We only need the Delivery Doc from MSCM and do not need the other document. Is there a way to turn off that part of the printing? They go through roughly two reams of paper everyday due to the amount of printing that occurs from these two documents for each receiver. It would be nice to eliminate the waste of the Lawson document. We are cloud customers on V10.

We created a fake printer and set it to the user's default in Lawson and left MSCM as is. The PO134 still "prints" but it doesn't actually go anywhere.

Do you have the option on the PO Company to set the 'Delivery and Put Away Ticket Print' to 'No'? This disables PO134 printing. When receiving on PO30, we use the 'Release and Print' option to get the Delivery Label and Document. We still need both in some instances.

Our I.T. analyst was able to turn off the printing of PO134. I'll have to find out what changes he made to the program.
