We are looking at bringing one of our main distributors onto auto-receiving via 856 transactions and MA531. What we would like to do is auto-print the MSCM delivery documents for our dock staff. I'm unfamiliar with how PO140 works but that seems to be an option. For anyone using PO140 for their 856 auto-receipts can you tell me the configuration setup for that and how PO140 works?
Also, is there a way to auto-print the MSCM delivery documents after PO140 runs or do they still have to go into MSCM and manually print the delivery documents?
Our main goal is to auto-receive and also provide a way for the dock staff to have easy access to the MSCM delivery documents. If there are other solutions out there that that you have developed I'd love to hear about those.
