Is anyone using the RQ02 Approval Codes instead of ProcessFlow/Process Automation? How is it working for you, we have so much maintenance on ProcessFlow. Are you using it for capital, projects and operating?

We have been using RQ02 Approvals for 15 years. It works fine for us. The Maintenance when an Approver leaves is just making that change in the Approval Paths that person is associated with. We use for every requisition created and have several levels based on $ amounts.
