Need to be able to customize the Reason Code/Comments html page for email approvals.

We are trying to implement the email action approvals but the reason codes drop down box only populates codes which are kind of meaningless. We would like to be able to include the description of the reason code next to the actual reason code so users know what to select when taking an action.

Does anybody know where this HTML code is being generated to see if we can modify it somehow?

Reason Codes can be enabled essentially two ways.



1. From Process Automation, by requiring a reason code/comment on a User Action.

If you are using the Reason Codes/Comments they can be configured in Process Server Administrator > Configuration > Reason Codes.



2. From Landmark Applications.

A landmark application can trigger a process flow from an Action Request; that action request is linked to say the HireEmployee action and it can have a Reason Code/Comment required. Process Flow runs and goes to a user action node, but when you view it it displays the LTM business class it sent you to, and populates the reason code/comments as defined in the application code.



**You might be able to modify this in Configuration Console, but I don't off hand know the exact steps.
