Please insure that any of your coworkers/employees requesting access to the Infor ERP FACTS - Partner Community Group Wiki are REQUIRED to enter profile information for their Wiki login account.
Without a profile there is no way of knowing if the person requesting access is actually an employee of a FACTS customer, a FACTS partner or an Infor Employee.
There is no choice but to deny access to the person requesting access when there is no associated profile.
