Well I can tell you that we are using the Zebra TC51 Android with v11 and there are to many bugs. I am not impressed.

We are about to start our upgrade to v10 and we will be using this handheld device. Is there anything specific that you can share?

As of right now there is a bug in Infor that is stopping us from getting signatures on everything we deliver. We are unable to pick shipments that have the same item twice because of a bug in Infor. The time zone is incorrect in MSCM and will not be fixed until April. The system does not stop two people from picking the same shipment. I have to spend around 2 hours a day making sure the handhelds are sending information to the system. If anyone is in the middle of doing something on the handheld and they touch the square button on the bottom of the screen, everything is lost from what they were doing. We can not receive a PO that is more that 20 lines. This is just some really quick.

Hi Janet,

While the issues that the other user has posted are valid concerns, they more have to do with the multi-tenant deployment than the Android devices themselves. v11 is the first time that MSCM has been deployed in a multi-tenant setting, so there was bound to be some bugs and issues that we needed to work on, on top of all the changes that came with v11 itself. Considering that you are on v10, I do not believe that any of the previously listed concerns would be applicable to you. If you'd like to send me an e-mail, I can get you in touch with customers that are more closely aligned to your current deployment, who are using Android successfully without any of the aforementioned issues.

Could it be possible if you can provide me with a name of a customer that is not a multi-tenant cloud, that is a single tenant or on premises? Please let me know.
