We've tried to use the delete work unit feature in IPA, but it won't delete workunits that were created from Action Requests. The problem is that we have years of these kinds of workunits and the PFIWORKUNIT table is over a TB in size now. How can I safely get rid of these old useless workunits?
Part of what is driving this is just having a clean smaller footprint, but also, we have an ICS consultant saying that the TB sized table is causing slowness issues with our Talent Acquisition application. Note, we are not seeing slowness in flows or that the system is struggling, we are just seeing that some TA screens (no other screens) are taking 50-60 seconds to load and he is wondering if the large PFIWORKUNIT table is causing it?
Does anyone know howto get rid of the action request workuntis and also, has anyone experienced slowness with the TA application in general? We are on Landmark Env 11.0.3 and LTM 11.0.2
