Handheld Devices

We are getting ready to purchase new handhelds and I am wondering if anyone has any opinions on the best devices to purchase. We currently use the Honeywell Dolphin 99EX. Are there benefits to the Android devices? We are V10 working towards V11 in the next year and need to make sure what we are purchasing is going to relevant and compatible to the new workflows that we will be adopting (RAD and POU)

Hi Angela, I can see that this thread is a bit dated but thought I would try nonetheless. We use the Dolphin 99EX models here at Crouse as well. We are currently preparing for an upgrade to MSCM V11. Our technicians are experiencing problems downloading files from the Lawson HH directory to the handheld unit. In the past, we have always been able to without any issues. Do you happen to have any steps or procedures you may have used? We have had tickets opened with Infor, but since the handheld is using Windows CE they believe the problem is located in that area. We were able to get the files transferred using bluetooth, but that would be very time consuming when we try to update 20+ devices in PROD later this spring. Let me know if you have any ideas? Thank you!
