Table where the WO/EM creator is stored.

Hello,

In v9.0.5 there is the ability to see the creator of each work order and engineering master. A field in the head labeled "Entered By". I have not been able to determine the field on the WORK_ORDER table that this is stored so I'm guessing it's not there. Can anyone tell me which table the "Entered By" field is located?

There is a field in the WORK_ORDER table called ENTERED_BY. If you have access to the ADMIN tab, open Print Database Schema and enter in Starting & Ending Table Name WORK_ORDER and click view. This will give you the fields in the work order table. Hope this helps.

Thank you Judy. That was helpful. I did see it in the schema (never done that before) but still could not see it in my Access query options until I refreshed the table link. Then, there it was. Not that it wasn't there before and I just couldn't see it. You know how gremlins are. Thank you again.

There are certain places in 9.0.5 that will give you the database source for a field, but I could not find that in the Work Order. I used the Print Database Schema a lot when I am trying to write SQL Queries. Glad it was helpful
