IC140 Job Run Frequency

I’m curious as to how many times during the day others have a IC140 job scheduled to run and the times? We are have some issues with smaller facilities not getting product ordered on time (our larger facilities are not having an issue due to warehouse size) and would like to know what others are doing. We are a standalone with multiple clinics (30+) and one smaller Rural Hospital we provide supplies for. We do have an OR, Cath Lab, and XRay/Special asset location (IC12's) that fill from the Main storeroom via IC141 and the transfer (IC22) process.
For our Main Stockroom (IC12 Location) we only process an IC140 once a day after all pars have been counted and picked, and all the IC22 transfers (result of the IC141) are released. This usually occurs around 10:30 am and are released by 11:30 am.

We run our IC140 on a schedule and that schedule runs once a day for a Specific "LOCATION" or by a "Report Group" that consist of more than one "Location". Our Logistic staff know when they are run and thus are to make sure that they have their feedback/issues/etc. completed before the run is done for their location. Does that help? We use IC142 but not on a schedule. They (the locations) run it after they have all their night shift issues entered and the first round of pick for par is complete.

We have 4 inventory locations and run IC140 manually at all except one. Our Inventory Manager at our largest medical center runs hers in the morning. We have a supervisor at the next largest location that runs hers in the afternoon. The other two locations only have 10-15 SKUs. One has IC140 scheduled to run at 14:30 daily. The other a clerk runs it whenever she feels like it looking at her Lawson completed jobs.
