Print Error when creating PDFs from Visual

Just curious if anyone else has experienced issue with creating PDF from Print window with various Visual windows (i.e. - Invoice Entry, PO Entry, Estimating Window). When users Print to PDF from window like AR Invoice Entry, they receive error from report writer "geei70 - Invalid Print Command" (See attached screen shot).

Issue doesn't occur every time for same user and typically if user reboots, it resolves issue temporarily. Different user can print same form from Visual without issue. Have reinstalled Adobe, reinstalled print drivers, reloaded profile and even rebuilt workstation but issue continues to reoccur.

Currently running v9.0.6 on Win7 and Win10 and using up to date Adobe DC for PDFs. Issue since we upgraded to v9 earlier last year.

Not sure if related or not, but our PDF problem in VE was because of Win10. By default, Win10 assiciates PDFs to Edge. Changed that to Adobe Reader and all is good (in VE and elsewhere) --- we use v9 on Win7 and Win10

In order to create PDF’s from Visual you must have the XPS Document Writer. Is that installed and functioning properly? Have you checked your event logs?

Reinstalled XPS Document Writer and haven't had issue since. (Knock on wood!)
