Help setting up work flow or macro

Hello,

I am trying to setup a workflow that will email people when a shipment is made for a particular customer id.

In the attached, I have 3 screen shots of the steps I created. Can anyone show me my error please? Or, a macro in shipping entry would be fine but I don't write macro's. Of course, I don't write workflow's either, I'm just being told to learn it on my own and get help if needed. So here I am.

Jason, thank you. The 2 evaluations seem to be identical. Is that true or is one a duplication and I still need the other one?

Also, I don't seem to have those table options in the pull down. I have shipper but not customer.

I have the other steps in there just so I can see what I was trying to accomplish. it is also helpful to have them there just so you know that it is working to some capacity.

So you have to work your way through the drop down lists to get what you want.

This one will also loop back to re-evaluate the previous step if that document gets changed.

I used CUSTOMER_ORDER with ID and everything else is setup the same as your views. Not working.
