Hi, does anyone experience this.....
Across several sites, you dial on to extract an Opera backup for some data investigation.......
Only to fine Scheduler last took a backup back in say April!!!! Obviously we dont get an indication or an email to say it has failed (which would be good) & theres literally nothing to show for why it has all of a sudden stopped.
The scheduler service is still running
It has backed up a different company eg co A, but for say company B, it simply hasnt set off. Its nothing like it cant obtain exclusive access, as there would be history to say this. It literally hasnt even set off.
there is nothing in event viewer.
The simple fix is to delete the task & create a new one, then it backs up fine....but this isnt resolving the issue as in a few months, or whenever they could have the same issue.
Clients are getting concerned that they havent had a backup in a month & were not getting anywhere with Pegasus Support. So I thought Id see if this was quite common?
