Item Not Appearing on a picklist

I have a manufacturing order with 7 materials and 5 operations. All operations are at status 90 and 6 materials are at status 99. I have 1 material that is stuck at status 44. The material in question does not appear on any of the picklists.

 

Has anybody ever come across this before and would know why this would happen? It has happened more than once (on different items) and I can't see any reason why the item wouldn't appear on a pick list

I would recommend double-checking the stock location for that missing item, particularly the default location noted in MMS002. Sometimes the wrong value in there can cause an extra picklist to be created for another stock zone because M3 thinks the item may be located somewhere else than what you expect.
