GenAI Assistant Early Adopter Program for M3 CloudSuite Customers

The Early Adopter (EA) Program for the Infor GenAI Assistant aims to engage key customers in the initial deployment, exploration and review of the solution in real-world M3 customer environments. The program will provide select customers with early access to the GenAI Assistant, the Public and Private Knowledge Hub, and any M3 GenAI Agent capabilities that are deemed ready for customer review. Participating customers will be expected to engage in active review of the solutions, including both IT and business users from their organizations who can provide detailed feedback on the delivered functionality, its value to their organizations, suggest any new real world, industry-specific use-cases not yet delivered that would enhance that value, and share any and all insights to help the Infor development teams refine and mature the solution as it progresses to formal General Availability (GA) product release for all Infor customers in the future.

Key Objectives:

• Gather customer feedback on Infor GenAI setup, configuration, performance, usability, use-case scenarios, and integration with existing M3 applications.
• Identify and prioritize product enhancements based on real-world use cases and customer needs.
• Validate the GenAI solution’s ability to augment and optimize Infor business processes and improve decision-making.
• Establish long-term partnerships with EA customers for future product iterations and improvements.
