On behalf of the original creator of the ER and the State of Michigan, I am asking for your endorsement. Here is the test of the ER.
Summary
Change the settings in User Settings to display the option to Show Deleted And Future Records without needing to enable Configurable Features and allow for it to remain enabled once turned on. We need to be able to use the functionality of Show Deleted And Future Records independent of having Configurable Features enabled.
Proposed Solution
We recommend the following:
1) Display the setting for Show Deleted And Future Records in User Settings independent of enabling Configurable Features when user assigned role has Show Deleted And Future Records set to Yes
2) Allow the setting for Show Deleted And Future Records to remain as set by user until changed by the user and independent of Configurable Features being enabled
