Vendor Audit List landmark table extract

Does anyone know how we can customize the Vendor audit list view and extract the data?

Basically we need to list out all the vendors that have been modified in the last 7 days with their details like name, address, contact detail etc.

In which landmark table is the data stored?

The standard vendor audit list view doesn't meet our requirements and is not configurable to our required expectation.

A replication set might be your best bet here. Replication sets allow you to export audit log data, and can export incrementally (e.g. only deltas changes). You can only have a process flow triggered when the Rep Set completes and grab the data.

Are you looking for audit data just for the Vendor business class, or other related business classes as well? e.g. VendorLocation etc.

The Vendor audit log is stored in LMGHRDB.lm_csf.S$VEN and is stored in XML format.

If you are single tenant you can pull via SQL and parse in a javascript expression by creating an instance of the XML class.

You can modify the Vendor Audit List in Rich Client and add any additional fields from the Vendor Business Class you want to include.

Once we modify this in rich list How do we automate exporting this report to csv and storing It in a folder.
